We can engage architects, designers and engineers, or work with your existing team, to bring your vision to life. We know how important it is to design every detail of your new home and we'll work with you every step of the way, guiding you through the process.
How we work
Relationships are important to us, so we make sure you’ll have the same experienced team by your side from initial meeting, through ideation and design, right through the build process, so you can be confident everyone is on the same page. This means there’s no lost information during handovers between trades, and our team will always be working towards your goals.

Our Process
Meet and greet
The first and most important step in designing and building your dream home is picking the right team.
We’ll meet with you to understand what you’re looking to achieve and chat about how we can help you bring your vision to life. We’ll talk you through the process and what happens next, so you have all the information you need to confidently choose us as your building partner.
Design
We can engage an architect and/or interior designer, or work with your existing team, to design the perfect home for you.
We work with you to iterate and refine your plans until they’re perfect, and provide estimates throughout the design process to make sure the designs align with your budget. If you’ve already engaged an architect and have plans ready to go – great! We’ll save time in design and can move straight into development approvals and quoting.
Quote
We provide you with a fixed price quote based on your plans.
We work with you to make sure you’re across the selections, inclusions and cost before you sign on the dotted line. Once the contract is sorted, we can facilitate development approvals or guide you through the process.
Build
Our team will put on their hard hats and get to work on your build!
We follow your design plans, inviting you onsite at key milestones to see the progress and get your input. You’ll have one key point of contact throughout the build, always making time to keep you updated.
We take our projects seriously with a focus on attention to detail at every step of the build – not only does this mean you’ll get an amazing end result but a safe and seamless experience throughout the entire build! We run a clean, safe site, which means your home and gardens will be cared for and respected by our team – you may even spot us watering your plants!
Handover
Our team will show you through every feature, they’ll point out perfect details with unmatched pride in their work.
The handover is hands down our favourite point in every build. Having been with us every step of the way we have no doubt you’ll love your new home. We believe in the quality of our work, so depending on the size and scope of the build, we offer a warranty period from 90 days to 12 months.
